3. Eligibility

4. Orders & Payments

  1. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  2. Prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

  1. In line with Bahrain Consumer Protection Law, customers may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase if the product is:

    • Defective, damaged, or expired upon arrival.

    • Not as described on the website.

  2. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

  3. For defective Products supplied from the manufacturer, you will be eligible for an exchange or refund if the Product(s) is returned in person to Bioactive Solution’s office within seven (7) calendar days of the purchase date along with the e-payment confirmation.

  4. In the case of an error in electronic web-shop (app or website) data, the price of the Product or its validity or its capacity, our employees will contact you to fix the error without any extra charge from your side.

  5. Notwithstanding any laws or otherwise, no exchange or refund will be made for non-defective, correctly delivered Products.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. Bioactive Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are not allergic to honey or bee products before use.
